DANKAR TRADE, is  a traditional company, offering excellent quality charcoal produced 100% naturally, in defiance of the post-industrial trends of our era.
 We have a vast experience in the area of ​​charcoal for culinary use. We supply from diverse origins, a wide range of varieties with different characteristics and qualities– from excellent quality products intended for private use to a slow burning type better suited to professional use by restaurants and catering companies.
Charcoal is a solid combustible material that is obtained from the heating of wood up to temperatures close to 700 degrees Celsius in the absence of air. 
Our handmade charcoal is elaborated with hardwood species of the highest quality such as: Marabú, Ayin, Mopane, Acacia, Almond,  Eucalyptus among others.  Our experienced producers look after every single details as from the selection of the lump pieces until the surveillance of the  ovens temperature and proper exposure to fire while charcoal production is taking place. 
 First, the wood piled up with straw and earth; then the wood burns slowly for 10 or 12 days until it becomes charcoal. Once the coal is extracted from the kilns, it is transferred to coal classification/ selection centers, to be processed, and it is finally packed into polypropylene bags of 15 or 20 kg, conveniently sealed by hand or with sewing machines.
The many virtues of our product include the fact that we can guarantee 100% natural processing, with 0% chemical additives and low moisture content.
